Luigi (also known as Weegee) is a character from the Super Mario Bros franchise, mostly
as a replacement for Top Hat Troll. His powers include: dropping anchors on people, send electrified toasters,
summoning minions of his own, an exploding pokeball and having the capibitily to say die instantly dropping
an opponent to near-death.
Luigi was created in 2007.
